PRIZES: $1,000 plus Closest to the Pin on Par 3’s & Door Prizes
ENTRY DATE: * No later than May 28, 2007
* First 100 players only
* Fee must accompany entry
ENTRY FEE: $40.00 …. Includes green fee, cart fee & lunch
Up to two mulligans per person can be purchased ($5.00 each)
All entry forms must be as individuals….Team entries will not be accepted.
After all entries are received, a committee will divide participants into four-person teams. (average scores will be used to determine team make-up)
PRIZE LIST………. 1st PLACE TEAM $400.00
2ND PLACE TEAM $300.00
3RD PLACE TEAM $200.00
4TH PLACE TEAM $100.00
(Above prizes based on 100 entries)
(Ties will be determined by a putt off)
